That is the secondary education enrollment rate of Guyana where the country is ranked 16th out of 139 countries.However this performance was not carried over to tertiary enrollment where the ranking for Guyana is 105th.In terms of health the ratings were somewhat lower than those of education with Guyana being ranked at less than a hundred for a number of areas.These include malaria incidence (116),Cheap Jerseys From China, HIV prevalence (122), infant mortality (108) and life expectancy (101).Pillar Six addresses the market in Guyana and the rankings indicate which market forces are hindrances and which are opportunities.According to the report, Guyana ranks lower than 120 in the extent and effect of taxation, the prevalence of foreign ownership, the burden of customs procedures and buyer sophistication.Guyana’s labour market efficiency has two competitive advantages where the country ranks 46th in terms of rigidity of employment and 20th in terms of hiring and firing practices.Similarly, under financial market development the soundness of Guyana’s banks ranks at 55, just five places away from being a competitive advantage.
